Elise has been in residential mortgage lending operations, and mortgage fraud investigation for nearly 30 years.
Elise became a Certified NSA (Notary Signing Agent) in 2014, and founded NOCO Notary LLC in Loveland, Colorado.
Specializing in residential mortgage closings for her Title company friends from South of Denver, up the front range corridor, and beyond.
Closing thousands of loans in the span of many years, Elise became the preferred mobile closer for several of her favorite Title companies.
After many years of dedicated service to the Northern Colorado area, Elise and her husband Andy decided to relocate after Andy's retirement in 2017.

Elise says, "Springfield, MO is now home, and does not disappoint with all of the wonderful outdoor activities, amenities, and events".
Elise and Andy have two (very protective, and loud!) rescue dogs. Max, the black lab, and Layla, the German Shepherd.
