When I arrive, I greet the borrowers, shake hands, and make some brief small talk. Then after we sit down, I thoroughly brief them on the closing process and make them aware that they can ask questions at any time. I let them know that if I can't answer a particular question, I have phone numbers of the people who can. I am apt at making customers feel comfortable with the documents. I will make sure the signing gets done correctly and on time.

I have also passed the Debt Settlement sales training course. I work out of my home and am very flexible when dealing with closings.

I have multiple reliable vehicles and am willing to do closings at night. I am also willing to drive in almost any type of weather and available on very short notice.
