Training, virtual workshops, E-Courses and materials such as the NNA Loan Document Sourcebook has prepared me for delivering superb loan signing services pertaining to Refinance Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), Reverse Mortgages, Sale and Purchase Transactions and Commercial Transactions.

I am familiar and CONFIDENT with presenting to Signers the general purpose of each loan document and can ensure you that signatures, initials, dates and notarial acts are executed correctly on each document where noted. Some of these documents includes, but are not limited to; the Closing Disclosure, the Settlement Statement, the Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement, the Note, the Deed of Trust, the USA Patriot Act, Limited Power of Attorney and the IRS form 4506-T.
