Currently I have $100k in EO Insurance. I have successfully performed over 300 closing in the last year. I possess over 25 years in the real estate and mortgage industry. I'm licensed as real estate broker in the state of Missouri. I’ve been a residential loan officer and owned a mortgage brokerage (w/partners). Due to my experience in both commercial and residential real estate, I understand the importance of deadlines. It is important to provide successful, proper and complete closings along with client privacy. I currently service St. Louis City/County, Lincoln County, Jefferson County, Warren County and St. Charles County. I have other signing agents available in my office if you need emergency signings or have issues with signings.
