I have been a transactional paralegal for many years with a strong concentration in the commercial real estate and finance industry. I have expertise in the areas of banking and finance, asset management, and complex legal services. I have also assisted clients with bankruptcy workouts, reorganizations and foreclosure proceedings in connection with commercial properties.

I have also worked as a commercial escrow and closing officer for a commercial title insurance company located in St. Louis, Missouri. I was vice president and legal department director at a $1.8 billion savings and loan, and was formerly a senior paralegal for an international law firm focusing on real estate and financial client services.
