I will cover the following counties around me: Jasper, Barton, Dade, McDonald, Newton, Lawrence, Greene, and Barry. Hiring me for your signings will ensure that your borrowers have a wonderful signing experience. I carefully go over each and every document to ensure that all signatures, dates and initals have been completed and filled out properly, including the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 docs. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing to fix it ASAP.
