I am detail oriented and make every effort to return a correct and complete loan package, free from any funding conditions. It's important to me that your borrower has a great signing experience and moves into the house on time and as planned. The relationship that has been cultivated with the borrower is not lost on me, as I will continue a positive customer experience during what can be the most nervous time for the borrower.

I will communicate with you throughout this signing to let you know that I've confirmed the appointment, arrived at the designated location, and whether there were or were not issues ...and that all went well at the appointment.

I will let the borrower know that I am allotting 5-10 minutes to double check all documents prior to departing from this appointment to ensure I haven't missed any signatures, dates, and initials and that everything is properly filled out. Once in my car, I will make one last triple check to make certain that all is as it should be, focusing on the key documents in the package.
I will return documents to you as soon as the signing is complete and on time whether it be by scan backs and/or FedEx drop as I know all my local FedEx drop off times. I'll communicate this information to you as well so that you remain informed.

Human errors do sometimes happen and on this rare occasion, I will stop what I'm doing and fix it for you ASAP.
