I have over 28 years experience in the escrow and title industry. I worked as a title assistant for 3 years. I then transferred to escrow. After working as an assistant, I grew to run my own escrow desk and for over 20 years. During that time, I performed many of my own closings as a Notary Public. I understand how important each closing/signing is. I hope to have the honor of being a part of your team. I explain all the documents and make sure the client understands and is comfortable with the signing process. An escrow transaction can be overwhelming for the average person, so I firmly believe in taking my time with each closing/signing. At least half of my clientele was Spanish speaking, so I am very experienced in explaining documents in Spanish.
