Hello, my name is Keona Thomas. I have been commissioned and certified in the state of Nebraska as a Notary Public. I am LSA certified and trained through the LSS course with Mark Wills.

Coverage areas in Nebraska include Arlington, Bellevue, Bennington, Elkhorn, Ft. Calhoun, Fremont, Gretna, La Vista, Lincoln, Ne City, Omaha, Papillion, Plattsmouth, and Weeping Water. I am willing to travel up to 100 miles from the Omaha Metro area. I have completed 50 orders outside of the snapdocs platform consisting of REFINANCES, DEBT RESOLUTIONS, LOAN APPLICATIONS, SELLER PKGS, PURCHASES, QCD's, I.D PROOFING, and HELOCS. I own a DUAL TRAY PRINTER and a SCANNER. I am also aware of the FEDEX drop times in my area.

As an LSA I will triple check all documents for signatures, dates and initials. A comprehensive summary of each document will be provided to Signer, in which more specific questions will be directed back to the Signing Service and/or Lender.
