I've been working with residential mortgages as a lending specialist and processor/closer since January 1997 after I graduated from UMass Lowell with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I worked as a Mortgage Lending Specialist for about 12 & 1/2 years. I am now the Lead Mortgage Loan Closer for a bank. I have been working on the processing/closing side of mortgages for over 13 years now. I understand Portuguese almost fluently and Spanish pretty well. I don't speak them as well I as understand them anymore though, but could get by if needed. I do have a dual tray printer for printing documents on both letter and legal size paper.
