I’m Michael Fermin, an NNA-certified loan signing agent and commissioned notary public in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I offer remote online notarization (RON) and mobile notary services, bringing over three years of notarial experience and more than 2,500 completed notarial acts.

Remote notarization is a key part of my practice, allowing clients to connect with me online and complete eligible notarizations from the convenience of their home or office. I help signers navigate the process with clear instructions, patience, and attention to detail. Services are available in English and Spanish.

As the founder of Fermin Consulting LLC, I prioritize accuracy, punctuality, confidentiality, and consistent communication. For loan signing assignments, I understand the importance of following instructions, thoroughly reviewing documents, and keeping the hiring party informed.

Based in Bloomfield, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business and have called New Jersey home for 20 years. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. I welcome opportunities to work with title companies, signing services, businesses, and individual clients.
