Hiring me as your signing agent will ensure that your borrower has a smooth and hassle free signing. I carefully go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out so that the documents can be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I will be sure to have documents sent out the same day as a signing, if it is possible (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure they are all filled out properly. If on the rare occasion I make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you right away.
