I'm a notary in PA and NJ with a year of signing agent experience in which I've conducted 180 closings as well as three years of experience doing property surveys. Property surveys are directly linked to the title companies and the business of buying/selling houses. I am no longer fluent in Spanish but I have had 4 years of Spanish classes and I am capable of roughly communicating if necessary. I am a member of the NNA and have recently completed their education course. I have my own computer, printer, phone, business cards, and transportation. I am also currently an employee at Allstates Title Service which gives me access to the title companies resources as well as the continued training and knowledge of the veteran signing agents that I work with. Allstates Title is a family owned and operated company. My uncle is the President and my father is VP which has allowed me to be involved with the title business in various capacities for many years.
