For the client, the singing agent must adopt their specific policies and a certain sense of urgency. For the borrower (the ultimate client), the signing agent must accommodate their sensibilities and calmly guide them through an efficient, professional signing. Further, the signing agent must embrace the fact that, for a brief time, they are the 'face' of the entire transaction.
