I followed in the footsteps of my close friend and mentor, who is an accomplished notary and loan, signing agent. I truly love this field of work because it provides me with the opportunity to be of service to others during the most critical times in their lives. I have been on the other side of the signing table multiple times and distinctly remember the level of vulnerability I felt. The loan signing agent’s steady handling of the loan documents ensured confidence in what I was signing.

I have twenty-five years of experience in the security field that underscores my ability to be keenly observant. My background has also fortified my ability to confidently work with the public during stressful circumstances while maintaining my ability to remain professional and in control of the situation, thus assuring me to gain the confidence of others.

Competence starts with taking responsibility and pride in your role as a loan signing agent. I also believe that continued learning is an imperative component of success. I pride myself on being punctual and inept while giving more than what is expected. In most cases, during the loan process, the only face-to-face contact will occur between the client/signer and the notary/loan signing agent. Therefore, the level of customer service that I provided during and after the closing process will be critical to the success of the entire process.

I am organized and place a high value on integrity and securing documents while maintaining confidentiality. I also carry a 1,000,000 dollar errors and omissions insurance policy.
