**Job Description:**
I am a highly skilled and versatile Notary Signing Agent. Proficient in notarizing various types of documents, including legal documents, mortgage-related paperwork, home purchase agreements, refinancing documents, and more. In addition to notarial services, I am also able to provide Apostille services, act as an Authorized Agent for permit running, and offer Proctor services for students and faculty members.

**Responsibilities:**
- Notarize a variety of documents, including legal paperwork, mortgage documents, home purchase agreements, and refinancing paperwork.
- Provide Apostille services for documents requiring international recognition.
- Act as an Authorized Agent for permit running, facilitating the processing of permits and licenses on behalf of clients.
- Offer Proctor services for students and faculty members in need of proctored exams or assessments.
- Ensure all notarial acts are conducted in compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of notarial acts and transactions.

**Qualifications:**
- Certified Notary Public in New Jersey.
- Trained and Certified Notary Signing Agent
- Proficient in notarizing a wide range of documents, including legal, real estate, and financial paperwork.
- Familiarity with Apostille processes and requirements.
- Experience as an Authorized Agent for permit running.
- Ability to provide Proctor services for exams and assessments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
