I am a certified NNA signing agent and Notary Public. I have been in the title business for almost 14 years in various capacities. I truly feel however, that I have finally found my niche. I have completed hundreds of mortgage closings and aside from being exceptional at it, I also love doing it. I have completed over 400 closings in my first year in business as an independent contractor.
I utilize my theatrical training in this line of business to read my clients well. I have gone into volatile closings and by the end, we have signed documents, and smiles.
I have done numerous purchase closings as well as refi's in many NJ counties but cover primarily the North and Central Jersey territory. However, I am not adverse to accepting a Friday evening or Saturday closing in South Jersey as I do have several friends living down that way and a sister in Monmouth Junction. Which brings me to the point that yes, indeed, I do do Saturday closings as well as after hours.
