I am a mobile notary. I have been a notary for 6 years. I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if I am running late. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents. I will scanback as requested. I will not print double-sided. I will drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4PM. I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advice I will notarize at the signing. I will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents.
