I am available to cover signings Monday through Saturday in the towns, cities, boroughs and villages of Warren County, New Jersey, Morris County, NJ and Sussex County, NJ up to a 10 mile radius (one-way) from my residence. I am a retired member of the New Jersey Bar, New York Bar and District of Columbia Bar. As a former legal practitioner, I primarily engaged in residential and commercial real estate closing transactions from 1999 to 2011. As such, I am well-familiarized and knowledgeable of mortgage financing and loan closing documentation. The minimum fee I will accept for a signing is $100.
