I'm commissioned in New Jersey 08610 and Pennsylvania 19047. I present myself as an extension of your office and I bring professionalism and knowledge to the signings, starting with a proper dress code and arriving at the appointment on time. I'm extremely flexible with traveling and my schedule. I even work with night shift individuals to find a convenient time/location for them to sign. Everything in the package will be completed, not just signatures, initials, and clearly written dates, all documents will be filled out whether it be a statement of information, trust certification, or any other one. I understand that these documents are there for information that is required, and without this information delays can occur and possibly even funding issues, knowing how the system works allows me to confidently guide the signer through the documents and if there is a situation knowing who to contact to resolve that situation. Making FedEx cut off times is imperative, not a drop box but actually entering the store and getting a receipt. I have a dual tray laser printer with plenty of letter and legal size paper and always an extra toner. I also have a high speed scanner so scanbacks are not a problem.
