I have my Loan Signing System Certification. As a result of the thorough training, mistakes during my signings are minimal. However, in the rare event that a mistake occurs, I'll stop what I'm doing and I'll fix it immediately.

I know time is of the essence. As soon as the signing is complete, I'll get the documents back to you quickly. I'm aware of the local FedEx/UPS drop off times and I'll communicate with you throughout the whole process.
