Being in real estate for the last 5+ years, I've learned how to calm borrowers' anxiety levels. I understand that time is of the essence and that it's imperative that you pay attention to the details. For example, on my signings, I make sure to double-check that all borrow signatures, initials, and dates are completed and in the appropriate place. I also ensure that documents such as the 1003 and the Notice of Right to Cancel are filled out completely and properly. However, I'm human and I understand that mistakes can happen. On the rare occasion that they do happen, I take full ownership and quickly rectify any issues. Lastly, a top priority for me is making sure that all packages are returned as soon as they're completed. You can count on me to do a phenomenal job and I'm excited to work with you.
