I am a mature married woman currently residing in South Jersey. I have 3 adult children and one very happy retired husband.

I have been in the field of real estate for the past 35+ years as a real estate secretary, loan processor, loan originator and closer. I have worked for attorneys in Perth Amboy, NJ (north Jersey) and for mortgage companies, Cendant Mortgage (PHH Mortgage), GMAC Mortgage and currently at Freedom Mortgage (South Jersey).

My duties as a real estate secretary at the various law firms in Perth Amboy, included interviewing purchasers, ordering title, communicating with lenders, realtors, preparing the loan for closing, drafting trust checks, recording documents, and final post closing duties.

I worked as a mortgage loan processor and closer at Cendant Mortgage (PHH Mortgage). I also processed and originated loans at GMAC Mortgage. While at GMAC I was a loan originator for the "Latino" Team. I am fluent in Spanish (read and write). I am currently employed at Freedom Mortgage in the Closing Department, where I oversee the assigning of loans to closers.

I am a member of the National Notary Association, successfully passed their exam and had my background screening done.
