I have detailed knowledge of common real estate loan documents. I have detailed familiarity of the Closing Disclosure and HUD-1 Settlement Statement and can easily explain any line item in those documents to the borrower. I have read and analyzed every single word of every uniform provision in the Deed Of Trust multiple times.

I make sure that all signatures, initials, dates, notary certificates, and escrow/title documents are completely filled out -- because I know that anything missing here can delay the closing and potentially cost the loan officer an expensive rate lock or break the terms of the buyer/seller Sales Agreement. I follow all notary instructions precisely and ship the documents back to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. In fact, I usually ship the documents right after my appointment with the borrower. I know that any delays here could unnecessarily postpone the closing another day. I also gladly do fax-backs immediately after the appointment with the borrower.
