I'm familiar with Refinances, Affidavits, POA, Structured Settlements, Permission for Minors to Travel, Small Business Applications, Estoppel Certificates, Settlement Agreements, and Lienholder Forms.

The bulk of the notaries I have done are affidavits, POA and general notary assignments such as:
property releases, passport applications, applications, residential letters , payroll letters, temporary construction easements, unsecured debt collections, warranty deeds, voluntary surrender of parental rights and lease agreements.

My specialty is having a lot of patience, I enjoy working with people, I have good communication skills and I am able to work professionally in challenging environments. I also speak conversational Spanish.

During COVID I practice social distancing, I wear a mask, hand washing and avoiding crowds. I conduct all of if not most of the closings outdoors, in lobbies, back yards or at a safe distance indoors with mask, sanitizer, wipes and gloves. The client is told when scheduling the appt. the safety precautions recommended by the CDC have to be adhered to during the closing. I use individual finger print strips.

The variety of my notary work is providing my services to ordinary people in my community and outside of my community in the State of New Jersey. I have done a lot of notaries in private homes, nursing homes and hospitals for family members. I work with social workers that have referred me to family members that need POA. I also work with business people that need a reliable mobile notary for their needs.

I work in social services and have an annual background check and driver?s license check annually.
I am a licensed Real Estate agent with Keller Williams Team realty and I have had a background check as a Real Estate agent.
