Hi! My name is Melissa and I'm a notary with 5 years of experience. I have experience with numerous refinances, buyer's packages, HELOCS, loan modifications and other documents. I have been formally trained as a loan signing agent and I am NNA certified. I also carry over $100,000 in E&O insurance coverage. I am available to do signings during normal business hours and also non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends. I often have flexibility for last-minute signings as well. I am willing to travel to most areas of New Jersey for a signing.

Once an offer is made for a signing, the fee I agree to do the signing for is the final fee. I do not upcharge after I have committed to take on an assignment. I have a dual tray laserjet printer and a highspeed scanner. I also have a mobile hotspot device that I can bring with me to signings to ensure that documents are scanned in a timely manner. My documents are printed single-sided and paper is an expected business expense of mine that does not warrant an extra paper printing fee to the client. The signer will get a copy of their documents automatically. I do not hold documents hostage as a bargaining strategy. Again, whatever the fee is for the signing upon acceptance is the final fee. Client security and confidentiality is very important to me and I do not e-mail documents nor do I allow public access to them. Client documents are kept in my locked bag just as my notary stamps are. Any printouts that are not shipped are shredded.

I am committed to paying attention to detail and will prepare documents according to the client's wishes and specifications. My goal is to provide a pleasant and comfortable customer service experience for the signer. I will also ensure that completed documents are properly notarized according to state standards and will safely reach their destination within the appropriate timeframe.
