I represent you and am an extension of your professionalism with my knowledge of loan docs! As an experienced LSA, I strive to become one your Preferred Loan Signing Agents within NJ Counties: Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, Salem.

My goal with "any" loan signing is to:
 Never cost a rate lock.
 Never cause a Borrower to miss closing an escrow.
 No resigns! Never make mistakes on key docs such as:
Miss the top signature line on the front page of the 1003.
Make sure signature is on top of the 2nd page of the FHA or VA loan application. Also
confirm the veteran is the person signing the document.
 Never miss Jurats or Acknowledgments.
