I am an experienced signing agent (over 7 years) that try not to miss signatures, date or initials as I know these can cause delays in funding and getting the closing complete. I make sure the PCOR, Notice of right to Cancel, 1003 and all major docs are filled out completely and signed/dated properly. I ask questions if I am not certain about a document because I want to get it right the first time. I don't miss cut offs and I always make sure that ASAP Scanbacks needed for same day funding is completed as requested. Please NOTE THAT I AM FULLY VACCINATED from COVID and have taken my booster shots.
