Hiring me for your signing service I will ensure your borrower has a great signing experience. I am knowledgeable and detailed oriented. If on rare occasion a mistake is made, I will fix it immediately. I review each document to ensure the signatures, dates and initials are properly filled in. I also review and confirm documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel to ensure it is filled out properly. All documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
