I have worked with several title companies and banks for closing assignments this year. I am NNA background screened and E&O Insured. In addition to paper based closings, I have also done quite a few hybrid/Pavaso based closings for multiple companies. I do refi, reverse mortgage, purchase, sale, loan modifications, and any legal paperwork that needs to be signed and notarized.
