I am a LSS and NNA certified signing agent.
Very thorough on making sure signatures, dates and stamps are NOT missed. I am also aware of the importance of being neat and having legible dates and signatures. I make sure I complete and fill out all forms especially forms with hidden signature lines that can sometimes be at the top of the forms.
I also understand the importance of making sure documents are sent back asap.
