All borrowers should have a stress free signing experience. I take my time going over every document making sure signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. Once we have gone through all the documents, I will meticulously go over them again ensuring everything is complete especially with the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003.
Once the signing is finished, the documents will be promptly returned. I know all my local FedEx locations and times. You will be kept informed throughout the entire process.
I know time is everything in this business, so if on that rare occasion a mistake is made I will drop everything to get it fixed ASAP.
