I enjoy meeting new people and traveling the state of New Jersey completing loan signings to the satisfaction that is preferred rating approved. I have been trained by one of the best that there is Ms. Irene Rueda, of Pheonix Notary Pro. Although it's not often, when an error is found, I do not take it as a scolding. I see it as a learning opportunity instead. The goal is to get the borrower's documents signed properly and sent off to keep the signing service in business. I am proficient with drop times at my local FedEx Store as well as UPS. I also know that if I do not understand verbiage within the signers package, I always contact the service ahead of time, or I contact at the signing if noticed during the appointment.
