process without providing legal advice, and are self-employed, allowing them to set their own schedule.
Key responsibilities:
-Prepare documents: Print and organize loan document packages according to the hiring company's
instructions.
-Conduct signings: Meet with the borrower or signer at a convenient location to guide them through the documents.
-Verify identity and notarize: Verify the identity of the signers and notarize the required documents.
-Ensure accuracy: Make sure all signatures and initials are in the correct places and the package is
completed accurately.
-Return documents: Ship or scan back completed loan packages to the title company or lender by the deadline.
-Follow instructions: Adhere to additional instructions from the hiring company, such as using a specific
mailing service.
-Notary commission: Eight years valid Notary Public commission in NJ
