I have been in Real estate Sector since 2004 and have been personally closings loans as a notary since 2006. I have also managed a title agency in the past and been hands on in the complete production of the title insurance policy from the creation of the files through closing and ending with the final policies. I do have experience as a mortgage loan officer as well so I think these roles gave me a real insight as to what loan officers expect from the person handling their loan signing.
