Hello, my name is Anna W. Desper. I've been a Notary for 9 years, commissioned in the State of New Jersey. I am NNA and Notary2Pro Certified. I cover Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer Counties, and I am in the process of completing my Remote Online Notarization certification. After 35 years as an Amtrak employee, in 2014 I as a Human Resources Manager. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Management, and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management.
