Prior to each signing, it is standard practice for me to review each document for legibility to ensure that no pages are cutoff or missing. During and after each signing, I review each document for completeness and accuracy. I ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out; critical documents requiring notarization and key documents such as the 1003 and Notice of Right to Cancel are triple checked for accuracy. Documents are always returned on time and handled according to instructions provided including printing documents on paper sizes as required. If a rare mistake is made, I will take accountability, adjust my calendar if necessary and fix the issue as soon as possible. It is my goal to ensure that you and the borrower are completely satisfied and to execute a perfect signing every time. I currently use Page Separator and Page Password to print and protect documents.
