A little about me: I have worked in the Real Estate field for 16 years, serving as a Senior Property Manager with a focus on Tax Credit and Section 8 Multi Family Housing. I obtained my New Jersey notary commission in 2008 and have used it professionally for 18 years, later expanding my credentials to include Pennsylvania. Throughout my real estate career, I gained extensive experience working with contracts and loan documents alongside Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, Buyers, and Sellers.

I am a full time Certified Loan Signing Agent with the NNA in both NJ and PA, and I have completed approximately 4,000 closings, including refinances, REO transactions, home equity lines of credit, standard purchase and seller packages, reverse mortgages, debt resolution signings, loan modifications, and auto contracts.

My combined background in property management, compliance, and loan document execution allows me to bring accuracy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the closing process to every signing.
