I am a Notary with 15+ years experience and I am a member of the NNA Account ID 161750981.
My background has been in Landman/Title work since 2004, where I was a Member of AAPL (American Association of Petroleum Landmen) and where I performed administrative and clerical duties creating Mineral Ownership and Surface Ownership reports for Oil & Gas Companies and for private ownership use.
I was also responsible for the accounting and payroll duties for the company I worked for from 2010 to 2021 and I received my certification as a Division Order Analyst in 2015 from MSU Houston Division under the leadership of Terrill Williams.
I was a Real Estate Agent before that from 1997 to 2004 in Midland, Texas and then resuming in Austin, Texas after moving in 1999.
I have performed my Notary duties while working with the public and the Oil Companies and since those years have also used them in the banking industry where I worked from 2021 to 2024.
The responsibilities that come with the above work experience require great diligence to detail and accuracy, and filing those documents (as a Landman) in the courthouse of the county I was currently working in.
