I am a retired Town Clerk with six years notarization experience. I also have experience as a real estate agent and legal assistant and have created closing documents and attending closings. I am detail oriented, organized, professional, courteous, reliable, and prompt. I will cover a 50-mile radius which includes Broome, Tioga, Chenango, Tompkins and Delaware counties in New York State. I am open to negotiation for travel outside of those counties.
