I am a 1984 graduate of Cardozo Law School, NYC. I've had my NYS Attorney's license since 1985. During the past 35 years I have handled my own clients' real estate transactions and closings for other attorneys, lenders and title companies. I was also a recording clerk for several title which required me to be proficient on the Acris and Prep recording systems.
