I'm a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent (LSA) certified through the National Notary Association (NNA) and Loan Signing System (LLS). I have completed over 250 closings nationwide therefore well versed on notary law and witness requirements for states outside of my commissioned state, New York. I have experience walking borrowers through refinances, CEMA’s, seller’s packages, purchase/ buyer’s packages, HELOCS, loan modifications and reverse mortgages. I ensure documents are printed on their correct paper size, never print double sided and always provide a copy to the borrowers. I ensure borrowers initial the 1003 application of joint credit is selected, sign their names as it appears on the loans documents and always conduct quality control by triple checking the closing package before leaving the closing table. I provide scan backs if requested immediately after the closing and always drop off the documents at Fedex or UPS on time for next delivery.
