As soon as I get a signing, I will call the signer to confirm the appointment. I will go over basic information like the spelling of the names to ensure that documents (if provided) are correct before the actual signing. If anything is wrong I will get it handled beforehand.

I will go over documents to the best of my ability, making sure to answer any general questions the signer may have. If I do not have the authority or information, I will contact the correct party in order to get it answered.

I have a phenomenal eye for detail, so I will make sure all information initials, signature and dates are filled out legibly. In the rare occasion that there is an error; I will apologize, accept responsibility and fix the mistake immediately.

I am NNA and LSS Certified. I am also always ready and willing to get additional training to learn new techniques and strategies on how to be the best loan signing agent I can be.
