I'm a notary with over 30 years of closing experience, I am NNA certified and background checked. A bit about me; I was a Vice President of a retail bank mortgage department for 15 yrs and then a Real Estate paralegal for another 15-18 years.I managed a law office that was primarily a Bank Attorney that wrote title. I have done mortgages my whole career, every type and too many to even count. My boss moved to South Carolina about 3 years ago and I decided to go independent. I love what I do. I have been a Notary since the early 90's . Having done almost every job in the mortgage/title industry I believe my experience makes me sensitive to my clients. I have been in their shoes. Customer service is paramount to me.

I have a large territory since I live in Upstate NY and many of my clients are in Manhattan. I cover from the Tappen Zee Bridge all the way up to Saratoga both sides of Hudson River.
Orange, Rockland, Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, , Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Saratoga Counties. In good weather I'll go further north or west if you need me to and include Washington, Warren, Schoharie and ,Delaware. I am flexible about the travel if you are really stuck in an area and need me. The relationships I have with my clients is more important to me than the money. I love what I do.
