I am a NY Commissioned Notary Public and have my Loan Signing Certification through the NNA, LSS and Notary.net. I have $100,000 E&O insurance. I am a part time LSA. I work full time in Healthcare for the past 20 years where I have patients sign forms such as Good Faith Estimate, Healthcare Proxy, Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN), etc. I give a brief description of what they are signing and I point to where they need to sign which is very similar to working as a Loan Signing Agent. I have excellent Customer Service skills where I acknowledge and address client’s concerns in an appropriate and professional manner.
