I have been NNA certified with a clean background check. The NY counties that I will cover will be Queens County and Nassau County, but I will expand my coverage area on a case-by-case basis to Kings County and Suffolk County. I had previously worked in mortgage operations for over 20 years, with the most recent 11 years serving as retail closing manager for a top reverse mortgage lender. Therefore, I am extremely familiar with lender loan packages for both forward and reverse mortgages and will not be overwhelmed or intimidated in explaining each document of a closing package to the clients. I will utilize all my previous lender experiences with closing and funding loans to assist me in making sure all my signings go as smoothly as possible while making sure nothing is missed at the signing table so to not cause any funding issues.
