I have a New York and a Virginia Notary License. I also have a Virginia ENotary (RON) approval.
In New York I handle all of Niagara and Erie county some Genesee County and Niagara Falls along Canada border.
I have close to 1000+ closings and 75 plus banks and title companies, with a lot of repeat business. However, that is not as important as the fact that I am extremely conscientious, accurate and detailed oriented, and because of this I have only had 1 minor mistake in 3 years, 3 in 12 years. I could say I've had none - but nobody is perfect, and it can happen and 6 in 1300 is not bad.
That being said, I have learned from these mistakes and never made them again and that means something.
Since I am a full time notary, I am available at the last minute when needed, weekends and holidays. I also am known for meeting Canadians at the border, if you have that need.
