I am certified through NNA and LSS. As a loan signing agent, my job is to deliver the best service to the borrower as well to the signing services, escrow, and title companies. I am very thorough with every document that I am given as an assignment as I know it can cause delays in the transaction. I will double-triple check that all paperwork is filled in correctly such as signatures, initials, dates are done properly, and always make sure ID are not expired and also get copies. On rare occasions, if by any chance a mistake was made by me I will take full responsibility and as my job, I will fix it right away for you. I know how important it is to have the documents back in time as soon as the signing is done I will drop it off at FedEx and update whoever assigned me the signings.
