With over 23 years of experience in real estate signings, I have successfully completed more than 5,000 signings. My expertise includes FHA, VA, HELOC, reverse mortgages, refinances, settlement funding and purchases, as well as loan modifications. In addition to notarizations, I have facilitated numerous title closings for title companies, banks, and lending institutions. My company has also completed over 500 field service inspections.

As a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker, my experience in real estate transactions is extensive, providing me with a deep understanding of the industry. I am fully equipped with overnight, email, and fax document services, high-tech laser printers and copiers with dual trays for both letter and legal paper, and $50,000 in Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance. I am available Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Standard Rates:

$125 - $150 for the first loan
$25 additional for e-docs
$95 for a second loan
$40 additional for areas outside of NYC
