I am a Notary SIgning Agent and I am familiar with the documents required for refinances, buyer/seller signings, and other loan documents. I have experience doing loan signings and I am available anytime during the day and the weekends. I make sure to give updates before the signings and contact the signers for confirmation and I scan and drop the documents off in a timely manner because I know how bad it can go if any deadlines are missed. I pay very good attention to detail in order to make sure no signature lines are missed as well as reviewing the documents prior to the signing.
